Once again I am pretending there aren't piles of snow outside my window. This time with some delicious Lemon Cookies that remind me of Spring. :)
I found this recipe in a magazine awhile back. They are super easy and so yummy!
Lemon Cookies
Ingredients:
1 Lemon Cake Mix
1/2 cup Oil
2 Eggs
1 can of Lemon Frosting
Directions:
Mix dry cake mix with oil and eggs in a large bowl with a spoon. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 6-8 minutes or until edges just start to turn brown. Allow to cool and then frost!
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen
