My parents came to visit for three days and Jeremy had a blast!
He took them to his favorite fishing spot to show off his mad skills but the fish weren't biting.
As all grandparents do, they gave him some cash that he really enjoyed getting to spend on whatever he wanted. His first choice was a plastic lion from the Mold-O-Rama at the zoo.
All three of the boys decided to get Nerf guns. Jeremy insisted on paying for his with his own money. He had no problem handing over the $5 bill but when he had to get into his coins he got a little nervous that it was going to take all of his money. As you can see, attacking me was their favorite part!
Nana and Papa headed back home this morning and this little boy is worn out! He fell asleep at 5pm (three hours before bedtime) and he is still out cold!
Now I am trying to put the house back together and prepare for the next pair of visitors who arrive in less than two weeks. It's going to be a long, fun, exhausting summer!
Don't worry, I have plenty of fun crafty projects that I will be working on between visitors. :)

Love reading these, Meg:) Love that little boy:) Jen
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the nerf gun picture! And the cute "out cold" picture -- precious!
ReplyDeleteThe mold-o-rama animals from zoo brings back memories for me. You captured a cool image with the nerf bullet flying straight at you. Isn't it great watching your parents become grandparents and your own children forming bonds with them... love that.
